Her Bella Swan’s character in the new movie has come under public security. She is always under pressure from her die-hard fans to get it right.
The 20-year-old actress, who has been going about cities and interacting with her fans as part of the promotion of the film, feels pressure from the fans to get her character right. Is she ready to make changes?
Talking about the issue, Kristen said: "It's just surreal to be a crucial part of a machine like this. I'm sort of the vessel. These girls are obsessed with Edward through me. If I wasn't right I'd be persecuted and put on a cross."
She further added: "I'm excited to go and do the next couple of years of Bella's life."
Fans will get chance to see her again in The Runaways. This time she is not with Robert Pattinson with whom Kristen has been linked on and off the screen. The young actress has made her appearance alongside Dakota Fanning. She had done the shooting when Twilight was going on.
"It was tough because I only had a really tiny window of free time, but I really wanted to make the movie. And I didn't want to get any older than Joan was when she was in The Runaways. I just crammed it in and hoped it would work," she said.
