How early can we have iPhone 4 jailbreak and unlock solutions?

25 July, 2010

How early can we have iPhone 4 jailbreak and unlock solutions? Two expert iPhone jailbreakers have released their videos showing jailbroken iPhone 4.

But both Geohot and Dev Team have said that so far their jailbreak options are not suited for commoners who may not be able to optimize the usage of their iPhone 4 with their solutions and have gone on to add that they need further testing for releasing it in the market.

Meanwhile Apple has explained the free case for iPhone 4 that it has been almost forced to give free to the iPhone 4 buyers.

Meanwhile detractors are continuing their anti anti-iPhone 4 stance. A reader says, “seems like garbage. Friends who have it can't get calls from my house, despite having three bars. I used to have a blackberry on AT&T, even two years ago I got reception at my house. I don't doubt Apple makes a better device than blackberrys but when your fundamental function is so crippled your product is just a rip off. A lot of people with iPhone 4s are saying its not an issue, one dropped call here an there who cares right? I've never, once, ever have had a dropped call on Verizon. And I absolutely NEED my phone to be as close to 100% reliable as possible, I can't have business clients waiting on me because my call drops every time I hold the phone wrong!”

Another reader says, “I was forced to return my phone after 2 days because of major dropped call issues. I had gone for iPhone 4 immediately after its launch and after standing in queue for hours. I use this as my main business line and primarily from my desk which has been in the same physical location for over 3 years. Prior to the iPhone 4, I can't recall ever getting dropped from any phone (at least 4 different models, currently the iPhone 3G and 2 different providers Verizon now AT & T). The final straw was getting dropped 5 times in a conversation with a business prospect. iPhone 4 = FAIL.”

I'm really sick and tired of this crap. If you don't want an iPhone, don't buy it. If you bought one and don't like it, Return it. If you think you get better service with Verizon, the go to f*&%$#g Verizon. Nobody is forcing you to buy one. Nobody is forcing you to go to AT&T. But please stop whining about it. I can't stand people who have nothing better to do with their lives then whine about every little thing. "Oh the iPhone sucks" or "my business clients need to get in touch with me all the time". If all that is true, then glue your arse to a chair with a landline attached to it and you will never miss a call. Need something to eat? Have it delivered, then you don't have to get up from the chair you have a landline attached to it. Fact of life, for all the idiots that don't know any better, dropped calls happen. If you think your provider is better than the provider that you are thinking about going to, then stick with what you got. If the opposite is true, then make a change. I was with Sprint for 10 years, but they sucked. I got tired of it and switched to AT&T. I'm glad I did. I have an iPhone 4. Love it. I don't go out of my way to make the signal bars on my phone drop because I can. I don't grip my phone like a business card that I am trying to fold in half with one hand. I understand that drop calls happen from time to time. With all that taken into consideration, I live my life. I'm not perfect, but neither is my cell phone. People really need to get a grip!!!
